Alelu Gebeya acts as a venue to connect buyers and sellers. While we facilitate transactions, we do not own the products sold by independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for the description, price, delivery, and quality of their items.
Sellers must comply with all local laws, provide accurate stock quantities, and honor orders. All listings are subject to administrator approval. Sellers are charged a platform commission rate on completed orders, which is deducted from their wallet balance.
Payments are processed securely via our supported checkout methods. Refunds are governed by each seller's refund policy. In cases of dispute, Alelu Gebeya administrators reserve the right to review transactions and issue final resolutions.
You may not upload malicious files, spam products, manipulate ratings, or use the platform for any illegal activities. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension and deletion without notice.
